water was a little low but we still had a good time, our guide was good as was the scenery.. equipment was new & we went with a group of 20 no problems here..

Not good, go with better RVA alternative

This company seems to have lost it's way and forgotten that the customer is what will drive their success of failure. I have personally experience two problems with River City Rafting. One, they have continued to sign on with daily deal companies, but have failed to honor the offer on several occasions prompting a refund from the issuing company.

The "City" raft trip was excellent! Before the float trip began customers were given thorough training in how to enter and leave the raft, how to paddle and how to stay safe when in the water. The guide was highly skilled with ten years of experience and so was able to teach all of us techniques that can be used...
