The Cuisine
Steak — the quintessential American meal. The chophouse — America’s traditional gathering place for a thick, succulent cut of prime aged beef. So be sure to come out for our Prime Rib nights on Wednesdays.
That’s the starting point for River Stone Chophouse, but our standard of excellence goes far beyond that. In addition to prime, aged beef, the menu includes chicken and pork.
You’ll also discover great seafood at River Stone. The raw bar offers a tantalizing array of briny favorites. Dinner menu choices invite you to choose from Maine lobster to fresh fish and crab cakes that melt in your mouth.

Wine and food complete each other. And we have carefully selected more than 150 wines from around the world for you to pair with your meal. You may recognize some labels; others may be new to you. But each one will create a memorable sensory experience.
A large number of wines are available by the glass so that you may enhance your wine experience by trying new varieties.
