River park Tower is a nice place to reside; however there are too many dogs in the building. The evaluators smell of urine because the dogs often can not take the ride downstairs without urinating. I try not to ride the evaluator with the dogs because I do not want to arrive @ work smelling like a kennel. The dogs vary in size from very large to very small. The problem is some residents have two dogs per apartment. The dogs will bark and keep you awake at night. I like dogs but it is too many in this building. It's getting Crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love. It here. The scenery, my 2 balconies the theater room, the activity room where the pool & air hockey tables are, the outdoor swimming pool, barbeque pit, etc. Neva & Cynthia, security (best) & maintenance (when he is assigned to or dispatched to a unit) does a great job. We have lived here since August and we love it here. The amenities are super, and Neva and Cynthia are superb managers and do a fantastic job. I love the activities they plan for the residents. I would recommend this place to anyone! They take pets too which is a bonus!
