I have used many Rite Aids in the past. This particular Rite Aid, though extremely pleasant, is so slow, the average wait time is about 45 minutes to an hour. I once called them on my cell phone and was put on hold. They never picked up the phone so I drove directly to the pharmacy which was about 10 minutes away.
