The frozen custard is not frozen custard, its just soft serve ice cream. Other than that, it's not bad.

A VA Staple...any time we're in town Rita's is on the list. The mango gelati is delicioso and the custard is thick and creamy just like it should be. Definitely a must-go in Williamsburg!

they use good ingredients in their ices. their frozen 'custard' is the best! Service is always friendly, even when the lines form. easy to get in and out, with lots of parking.
