Rise Fitness Performance Training Program is a total body workout for adults. It incorporates many styles of exercise into one class to create the most productive and efficient workout available. Every class is special, creating an environment to which the body continually adjusts, ensuring consistent increase in total performance. Our vision is to inspire each member to become his or hers best, to help people see past their excuses and realize their maximum potential; that for all of us, personal health (spirit, mind, and body) is the foundation of life, that how and what we choose to feed our spirit, mind and body is on which we build our foundation. Each of the Rise Fitness coaches shares this vision and brings to Rise their own personal flavor, making each class an even more unique experience. A total body workout means every muscle in every class will get worked. Class members move, lift, push, stretch and rotate in every possible direction to help develop a balanced and toned body. All classes are in a small group format with instruction, personal attention, correction and inspiration. This training program enhances the quality of life through increasing physical, mental and emotional performance which improves brain chemistry, resulting in an increase of energy and enthusiasm, a decrease in stress, and simply better us.
