We stayed in cabin 1, which was awesome! The beds however were horrible. You sink in them like Fester Adams. This makes for a sleepless night and a sore morning. It is unimpressive. The management staff failed to follow the wording of their Passport America agreement which clearly conflicted with their interpretation of it. They have since changed it to make it clearer. I felt their poor wording should not have left me paying more than I should have. The location of this property at the mouth of river road is unbeatable and the grounds are well maintained. The "cabins" are a different matter. Depending on your expectations I was terribly disappointed for $350 per night. The facilities are basically manufactured housing and small. The property is just beautiful. We stayed in a king cabin / 2 bdrms - comfy and clean not fancy, deck with picnic table and all cabins have little grills below. Beautiful very of the river. Stayed Feb and April 2015, going back in September and can't wait.

Great location for renting rafts! The faculty was helpful and very flexible. Will gladly recommend this location to anyone interested in cruising down the river!
