Riner Rentals are slum lords!! Paul Riner is a lier and will screw you over just because him and the big mouth hefers that work in the office lo e the drama! If your thinking about renting from these people think again. Riner rentals are vultures after the all mighty buck! TERRIBLE buisness.

I would not recommend anyone here crappy maintenance and service moved in and hot water heater didn't last 5 minutes before going cold and was never looked at or fixed nor the ice maker bad attitudes as well

Our experience with Riner happened over 5 years ago, so I have had plenty of time to think carefully about this review. Townhome in Liberty Square was dirty when we moved in, even had mold in the freezer. Air filters looked like they hadn't been changed in years. My husband received orders to deploy to Afghanistan shortly after we moved in, and Riner Rentals seemed so inconvenienced to let us...
