I am glad to say that I do not agree with the previous review. I have had a wonderful experience with Mr. Riley and his team. My hot water heater went out on me that I bought 2 years ago at Lowes. Since Mr. Riley installed it I called him about repairing it. He told me to first call Whirlpool and get the part for it since it is still under warranty. I did so, then as soon as the part came...

i dont have any thing good to say about them they have some workers there that dont clean up after themselves they try to sell you things you dont need they have poor service department.paid thousands for something that does not work!
