this is the worst service department I have ever dealt with the only thing they're interested in is quantity not quality.

2014 Forest River Georgetown, had problems with the auto steps, covered by warranty. took about a month but no fault of the Service Center, but the manufactor in getting the part. Where to start. Brought my toy hauler in for warranty work. Service was fairly quick. Little did I know how much half work was performed.
