I have been living here for almost 2 years and I have not had any problems. The first managers that were here, i think her name was Kiah, were awesome. She made sure everything was done and there was security out here on a daily basis. When they left and the second group came, everything went downhill from there. I just moved into town, and have been apartment shopping for the past few weeks. Stopped by Ridgewood Club and loved it. Ezra showed me the complex. We started with the pool (can't wait to sit by it!), then he showed me the two bedroom model. It is really nice, I am very impressed. Hopefully they'll have a one bedroom ready for me starting July 1!

The staff is very unproffessional. There are a few exceptional ladies that work there, but they are outshadowed by females that don't know the meaning of honesty, respect, or business professionalism. Last but not least, my 9 yr old niece exhibits more responsibility than the people that are in the office on a daily basis, excluding that one exceptional person.

The management and ownership changed in March and it has been for the worse. The people in the office are horrible. They do not care about the residents. They are mean. The prior management was so welcoming and actually cared about you. The new people are rude and are never in the office. The place has gone downhill ever since the new owners. I do not recommend anyone living here if they want...

My husband moved here in August 1998 and I moved in with him in March 2000. We've continued to renew our lease every year. In 2001 we decided we needed a larger apartment and we simply moved across the street.
