While the dentists have been fine, the office staff NEVER gets billing correct. They do not file our dental insurance correctly, and we have to squabble about it -- 4 times a year, as both my husband and I go for regularly checkups. Not having anything but general checkups, and we have dental insurance where we should only pay our copay.
We are now looking for a new dentist....
