This is the absolute worst contractor I have ever used!!! Our a/c is under warranty and it stopped working. He came to our house to fix it and turned an on off switch which took a total of 5 minutes. He billed us $150. I called to ask, very nicely, if he would consider lowering the bill because it seemed a little steep and that is when he started screaming, and I mean screaming at me!!! I...

They are the best in town! Gave exceptional service, very efficient and fast. They even did some work that I didn't even know was needed. Explained everything that they were doing and how the system should work. Even gave me some helpful hints about other things. I will never call anyone else and will recommend Rick's to anyone that mentions A/C.
