I have always received great customer service there. My entire family has been taking our cars there for years. I only wish that they could do more than just fix collisions or oil changes. I hate going to their dealership in Norfolk to have check-ups and tune-ups done...the people there are smug and not as customer friendly as the Portsmouth Center.
I was very pleased with the service I received from the staff as well as the quality of the repairs to my vehicle. My repair was handled in under 1 week, and looks great. Nathan Barber was the manager that handled my repair. He called regularly to keep me updated. If I ever need repair work on a vehicle again, I will come back.
My Challenger has been in their shop for coming on two weeks. They never call to update me. I have called roughly around 25 times total and only once did I get an update on my vehicle. They dont even have the parts in stock yet to fix it. A receptionist even got an attitude with me because I have called so much. I can't believe that this is the body shop that USAA recommended. If I could go...
