You really can't beat the convenience - you have 3 drycleaners, a tailor, 4 barbershops, 2 convenience stores, a CVS, a grocery store, two dentists' offices, an iHop, and the Metro all within two blocks. Horrible place, do not move here. There are issues with everything in the building, and they all tell you to talk to Grace because nobody is there to help. It turns out Grace is the meanest person in the world, avoid the apartment and move across the street.
