I cannot be more happy with the customer service at Richmond Jeweler and final result of my ring resizing. It fits perfectly. Mike gave his honest advice when we first came in the store for consultation. He also offered 6 month warranty in case the ring becomes loose or snug again. I am very glad to finally find a jeweler I can trust. Thank you Mike.
What a great team these 2 are. Ginny did an excellent job creating a one of a kind completely custom wedding ring set and Mike is superb. The set turned out even better than we had imagined. Mike did some quick repairs to some jewelry while we waited and we dropped more off to be appraised and cleaned.
If you are anywhere near Richmond this is definitely the place for all of your jewelry needs....

They showed me how amazing a fluorescent diamond looks and were able to set it in the band I wanted for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for anything from wedding rings to small jewelry repair.
