About the only thing this office has going for it is it's convenience, as I work in the same building. Front desk support is non-existent - expect to be on hold for 10 minutes to make an appointment. Contact/Glasses ordering department is non-existent. Fortunately, the doctors are half decent and seem to know what they're talking about, so if they ever got a decent front office, it wouldn't...
I had an appointment on 12/6/12 with Dr. Cynthia Koza. The well vision examination was very thorough. The staff was kind and professional from beginning to end. I would definitely go back and I highly recommend this facility. I did not purchase glasses or contacts due to my vision coverage, however if you are looking for a through eye examination, as i stated above the examination was superb!!!!
I have previously attended Dr David Chandler's Eye Care and he told me that he will NOT EVEN SEE OUR FATHER! Occassions that have transpired between them are over! It is NOT even funny; he was a good and true worker making plastic moldings with SEVERAL patents to his good name.
