I took my daughters car in one afternoon because it was leaking oil. Richards Auto diagnoised as having a blow head gasket. I took my 2006 VW Passat to Richard's after it failed to start. They could not find the reason it failed to start and they advised me to take it to the dealership which is fine and the lady I dealt with on the phone was very helpful.
