I have been going to the King George office for over 5 years now and I have been very pleased with all aspects of the service during that time. Dr. Cottrell is the 4th dentist I have seen in the last 15 years and he is by far the best. He is courteous and professional, always willing to explain a procedure and clearly states all of the options and risks.

Paid up front for half of braces told them from the start was going to wait until summer now we're moving asked for money back and they are sending it to the step parents and now they the step parents are refusing to pay there half of medical bills all thanks to the dentist office which took a month for them to cut check and we find out through the step parents that all of this was done.

VERY mixed feelings about this practice. Some of the dentists at this office are excellent, but have had a negative experience with Cottrell himself. Likewise, the office staff at the front desk are cheerful, but what appear to be the office managers and billing people in charge of them have been dreadful.
