Office is horrible in getting things done in a timely manner. Nobody calls back when that is the only option (not just hours, but days later). The ONLY way to get things handled is to go in person and not leave until someone handles the issue.

Dr Bagnall and his staff have been great at accommodating all my appointments being right on time to get me back to my job....He is quick and efficient, but always has the time when I need more to listen and explain what my other specialist have told me that I might not have understood..I trust him and he has pointed me in the right direction if I needed to see a specialist...Prescriptions are...
