If there was a way to score them as, "off the charts," I would do it! They made this process SO painless! They fixed my car as quickly as they could and went WAY above and beyond! They not only fixed my car but their customer service was AMAZING! They contacted me every step along the way, as I asked them to, they told me exactly what was going on, and they helped me with my insurance company!...

I was totally blown away with the body work that Rice's Towing & Recovery performed on my boyfriends Jeep. Not to mention their customer service was EXCELLENT! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the Asheville and surrounding areas.
