His workmanship is not good, in fact it was terrible. I had to call him back twice so far to finish the job. He did not put caulk around the faucet and he did not have the part, he had a standard part but not the actual Moen part. I eventually had the part ordered and mailed from the manufacturer and he said he would install it for "free". I was already overcharged the first time. I don't want...

Mr. Ricci was a good mechanic, neat and efficient, and also a gentleman. I would hire him for other jobs in the future.
