The quality of the work from Reynolds Exteriors was good but I was not impressed with their customer service. I was happy with how they wrapped all the trimming of the awnings and put in the new rain gutters. However, the workers were very sloppy after they finished. I am in the process of having gutters installed on my house by Reynolds Exteriors Inc. They are scheduled to come out in two weeks. My experience with them so far has been great. Their customer service is professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their prices are high, but I'm happy with their service at this point.

Reynolds Exteriors did exactly what they said they would do. This was my first time using them. They installed new shingles to my roof. It was a major improvement and I love the new roof. They are reputable and showed up on time. Their prices were right in line with everyone else's. I recommend them to everyone and I will definitely use them in the future.

I was disappointed with Reynolds Exteriors. Their service did not go as written in contract. Some of those factors included, taking three days to complete the project, instead the scheduled one, and a poor quality of professionalism throughout the installation.
