I am a total spa goer and this is one of the best massages I have had yet. Pressure was perfect and the technique was flawless. There is so much more to massage than kneading muscles. Michel knew each and every muscle. Pure heaven.

I have been practicing yoga for over six years, and have attended yoga classes at various studios and gyms in several locations. I find Zenya to be one of my favorite yoga studios for several reasons, and the atmosphere is certainly one of them. Not only do the bamboo floors offer an earthen appeal, but also a sense of connectedness to nature. All instructors at the studio are highly qualified, and refreshingly enough, come from such diverse backgrounds of training that nearly any longtime practicing yogi may find a class to his or her liking.
