Yukon Steak Company, Fort Eustis/Langley Airforce Base Safety Office Holiday Luncheon, Thursday, December 17, 2009: Worst dining experience EVER! On 14 December made arrangements with Vicki for approximately 20-25 people for lunch beginning at 1200 and reconfirmed on Monday, 14 December. She told me that wouldnt be a problem and that wed be set up on the left and away from other dinners....
3 words, Bacon cheesebuger salad!
I was eating at this restaurant with my husband on 5/15/09 and I have to say I was thoroughly appalled. First I overheard a waitress with red hair talking about some cockroaches she saw in the kitchen, which is a sign of the restaurant's overall sanitary standards. Obviously this waitress either has no clue how loud her voice is, or she does not have the class to keep a conversation with that...
Yukon is amazing i think everyone should go there, and make sure you tip your waitress good, because they work hard for their money. the steaks are awesome, if your looking for a good steak, forget about outback! go to the Yukon! Tues and Thurs, BDB 2.99 best deal around

I purchased a $25 gift certificate online for them so I thought I’d try them out. Service was ok, but food was very over priced. We presented the certificate before ordering and we’re told our order would qualify, but when it came time to pay the manager (Beth) wouldn’t accept it. I asked for a customer service number or for a way to contact owners and was told there was no way to contact...
This is kick back and eat type place. The steaks are YUMMY and sides are as ell. I got a baked potato and it was the size of a football LOL....
Ate here while on a business trip. We walked in around 5:15 and seated immediately. We noticed an advertisement on our table a for an early bird special....
I can't believe the value I got for my money! I stopped in for lunch with not much time to spare. I had a great lunch special for just $5.95 and I made it back to work with plenty of time to spare. Thank you Yukon!
Cut into my chicken to watch blood mix with ooze out. Salad warm and lettuce limp and turning brown. Never ever will return
My steak was very good, what there was of it, over half was fat. My wife's steak was dry, tough and had no taste. She ate less than half of it before giving up. We are not planning on returning. For the same price you can get much better elsewhere
This location in Newport News is terrible. When we escalated to the manager she was extremely rude and did nothing to correct the poor meal but expected us to still pay for it. It was not a good experience at all. The food was dry and had no taste. I got the steak with the crabmeat on top, and literally could not find any crabmeat. The prime rib was extremely fatty. You are better off going to...
My family and I have eaten at Yukon several times since it opened last year. We have alsways found the service and food to be excellent. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it to others especially the Prime Rib which is the best in town.
The Prime Rib was the fattiest piece of meat I have ever seen. It was more than 1/2 fat. The manager was not really concerned, although she did give me a slight deduction on the tab. The entrees came out 1 minute after the salads were delivered. We felt terribly rushed. I do not recommend this establishment.
Excellent food served in a very entertaining environment. Can't compare to the Williamsburg Inn or the Dining Room at Ford's Colony so I can only give it 4 stars. Overall much better than Outback, Lone Star or any of the other Texas brands. We have dined there several times and have always had great service and delicious meals. We will defintiely be back.

Beef dominates at Yukon Steak Co., but an assortment of seafood, pasta and combo dishes are adequately represented. Most meals come with a salad and an extra provision and are compatibly priced to this market. The beef is tender and juicy and slices like butter. A hearty serving of mashed potatoes - with the skins left on - comes with rich mushroom gravy. Friendly, able wait staff. ...
