Will not ever be going back here again our waitress Liz acted like everything we asked was an inconvenience to her. As we were leaving she came out on the patio and shook her head at us and watched us drive away. Most unprofessional service I have received. When I spoke to the manager he just made excuses and said that’s not normal behavior for her. Very disappointed!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and A wrong pizza came . Gave it back to the driver. Over an hour later until the correct pizza came and had pieces of random ingredients scattered across it like mushrooms.

Recommend highly for lasagna, pizza, eggplant Parmesan, salads, pasta dishes, craft beer on tap, desserts. You can get pizza by the slice. Hot fresh bread with entree. Always clean, always friendly and prompt service. We have never been disappointed over many visits. Reasonable prices, too!

Y Not Kempsville has by far the best lasagna in town and today was a great deal there because it was National Lasagna Day and it was half price. We love all their salads also but the lasagna is just the best!

This was our first time to this location on Providence Road and the yelp reviews were correct - the service sucked. I watched our waitress stand and talk to a table for over 5 minutes while we were waiting to order. drinks came slow and so did refills. The food was very good once we got it. The location down in Ghent is much better.

First time with YNot we did a call in-carry out order. Stunned to find the dining room fully occupied, middle of the week, after the snowstorm. The locals know something! Pizza was Yuge! Also probably one of the best strombolis I have had with the exception of Little Italy in NY.

Maybe because it was busy. Ordered lasagna because it was good last time I was there. It was lunch time and took much longer than should have been to get food to our booth. Seems like some bread would have helped stem the hunger pains....

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Every dining experience is horrible, just waited over an hour for delivery. Attitudes HORRIBLE. I get better service at chick fil a. Seriously. Train your employees! Foods good and the gluten free pizza is DELISH but every time I have to deal with these employees, it makes me think twice about whether or not going/ordering there.

ynot pizza was a large flat pizza but tasted pretty good. A little greasy , but good! also you can order other foods from them but they are not as good as the pizza. Very small portion and frozen tv dinner style food. it was kinda gross!

This is by far the best pizza in Hampton Roads. It is a great price, and the delivery is fast and super convenient! We have also eaten in the restaurant, but chose to have it delivered more often.
