We had a nice room with plenty of space. The bath room could use an update, but otherwise nice. Maid service was excellent. The BBQ restaurant that rents space in the lobby at night was ok, but they were disorganized and took a very long time to prepare the to-go orders.

We had a great trip. This is nice hotel. The renovations that were done give the hotel a fresh feel. I plan on briniging the entire family back in the summer for busch gardens. Staff was wonderful and very attentive.

Was not pleased with the hotel. Rooms are old and out dated. We had issues with sink draining into floor. Toliet would not flush. Outlets not working properly. Beds are small and uncomfortable.
