Horrible place to live! there are shootings out there every other night, cops are out there all the time, sex offenders in your neighborhood. they won't let you out your lease until you pay 2 months of rent, even if your lease is up to date(the only place I know that does it), The office stuff is horrible, the management changes all the time, they changed their name from "Woodview" to "Patriot...

No improvements whats so ever! Very unprofessional stuff, landscape is in very bad condition, trucks and cars drives right over grass all the time, leaving tire marks everywhere....

I have lived here for the last 3 months. I have been vandalized 3 times and physically assaulted by a gang of teens after I asked them to get off my visitors automobile. I have complained many times to management, or the Secretary, gatekeeper to the management who has absolutely no manners. The groups of teenagers get over 30 deep in this complex, and some a residents from another apartment...

The staff back in 2010-2011 was horrible, especially the young black lady who work the front desk. Whoever hired her should be investigated because the neighborhood was in shambles, the maintenance was very bad, and whenever you need a work order done, they dont show up to fix it. Im in a better community at St Andrews apartments, but I hope woodview gets its act together.

would not move here the are too high and the office rep are rude the maintnace steal the put bogus charges on you just to get extra money save yourself the drama and do not move here they even had glass in the pool and still open the pool saying it was clean even though the pool people told them it was a risk. they have had shooting out here and resident robbing other residents but the do nothing they dont repair things but maintance is free to raom in and out your apartment and they dnt do a thing\r
