Staff is very friendly, Dr. Ramsey has a wonderful demeanor and is very gentle. He cares for his patients, as do all of his staff.
After many years of not seeing a dentist, I went to Dr. Ramsey and had a lot of work done over the past 6 months: several fillings, a couple of crowns, an extraction and a partial bridge. He does excellent work and without any pain. His staff are also very good at their jobs and everyone is personable. I have never had to wait for more than a few minutes, either.
I was referred to Dr.Gross by my physician due to an apparent unrecognizable bite on my arms (while appear like circular burn marks). Went to Dr Gross for spider vain removal. Two weeks later a chunk of skin fell off my leg, leaving a gaping wound. All he said when I showed it to him is, that is going to leave a scar. Here is some scar cream. It has been 5weeks and I still have a gaping seeping open wound.

Dr. Gross is an excellent Physician. He works well with different types of insurance (and good with samples and coupons) to give the patients options for the best kinds of medications available to them. He is very knowledgeable in the skin conditions that are complicated to other doctors.
Dr. Gross is a great dermatologist. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of dermatology. He very good at diagnosing the problem from asking you questions about what you are experiencing and looking at the problem. He explains everything. Unbelievable. Waited over an hour just to see the doctor. Was in the patient room for 45 minutes, no staff member came to check. Quality of care unimportant at this point. There are many dermatologist practices in the area with more respect for their patients' time.
