We were seated in a timely manner. The atmosphere was not very inviting. The food was pretty good. I would return there to eat.
The wait w/ a party may take longer, but w/ my husband we were served in no time. The wait is well worth it! The food is good,many great choices, and the wait staff is friendly. The best is the happy hours and the daily specials.
If I could give this restaurant 0 stars I would. My co workers and I visited for Happy hour and the staff was so rude, the waitress acted as if we were a nuisance and when I questioned her about the price of my last drink right before happy hour ended she got upset and I asked for the manager. Great pizza, very noisy but it's a bar. Kinda 3 bars in one, dancing side, outside bar and side w the food. Country music from the bands to the Kareoke (actually some good singers).
Horrible atmosphere. Full of boot lickers n fake ass cowboys. Cops stay posted out front waiting on people to leave. One time, i was sitting in my truck on my phone and a cop approached me n asked to search my vehicle, because I looked "suspicious". I don't need that kinda entertainment. Big woodys on Battlefield blvd is a way chiller place.
Always a good time. They play Country, rock, hip hop, and pop... Got something for everybody. Outdoors they have corn hole. A great place for groups. Weekend are crowded but fun.

It's was different for us since we are from San Diego, California but we absolutely loved the experience. This place is a great venue offering the best local and national country music artists, bands and entertainment on the East Coast. Their food and beverages are always priced to be a great deal. The owners are always bringing first class national acts and entertainment to the Hampton Roads community. The wait staff is excellent and the food is great....

Staff is arrogant and rude..security causes more trouble than anything.had high hopes for this place. Wish my rating could be higher.
I will never step foot in your trashy bar again. The security staff has caused for me to never return. I will be filing a formal complaint but in the meantime I want the general public to know to avoid this place. I have never been so insulated in my life. Never again will I return.

Highly recommended never to go this hole in the wall. Employees are very disrespectful and rude. Very unprofessional people working there. The attitudes of the staff killed my vibes and excitement I had upon entering. Never will I go back there. Please grow up and treat people fairly and with respect.

Went back to Eagles Nest after having trouble with the staff last time. I had a good time. The manager even came up to me and asked me if I was having a good night. The DJ in the middle bar was way better this time around. The crowd was friendly as well. Glad I gave it another shot.
I was in the area for a 9 ball tournament and stopped in the evening at this particular bar. I love the atmosphere and the live band that the place had. the setup was quiet nice and the workers were great. had a good time

Although it was a very good time, after spending $100 for the party bus it overloaded at Virginia Beach, we got stuck in traffic and missed the opening band of the Jason Aldean concert. Then when we started to leave even though one of our friends was on the bus telling the driver that there was five more coming he still left us. We had to hunt a ride home after the concert. I want to say I was really looking forward to the Party bus ride for Jason Aldean Concert, I was told it was a really good time. I believe they should have had two buses or a new driver. (A lot of money to spend) to be stranded after the concert! Over an hour late for the concert and then stranded because the bus driver left and did not give people time to get back to the bus.
What's the point of a Party bus if they leave you stranded on the way back? I agree it was fun on the way but we were an hour late to the concert... Missed the opening act. Then, we got left on the way out. Currently waiting for an alternate ride. This is bullshit!
Paid $100 for tickets, had a great ride to the concert EXCEPT was an hour late for the concert, missed the opener, went to the bathroom afterwards (in which we spent 5 minutes!) and the party bus left us. Now we are waiting for family to pick us up. Don't ever take the eagles nest party bus!
Apparently their manager Dan Tracie is an ignorant pig...I will make sure my friends, family, and I steer clear of this place til he is relieved of his post!

Recently traveled from Upstate NY to hear an up and coming County Band, Buck Shot, make their debut on the main stage. It was a fun filled evening, cold drinks, great service and some rockin' country music! Awesome atmosphere and the late night pizza was delicious! I would definitely recommend!
