We called earlier in the day about peaches & was told they had them. We needed a bushel of yellow peaches.
Upon arrival we contacted Madison who helped us with our peaches.
She handpicked our bushel of peaches & was very helpful. We found the view from the site very nice upon the river & many fields of fruit .

We have been going to Westmoreland Berry Farm for 10 years, since before our children were born. We go several times a year to feed the goats, buy some berries, and eat ice cream and berries. It's a simple place, nice lawn to play on, little playground - great way to spend an afternoon.

Very merry berry (picking

Don't own a farm but like the idea of harvesting your own food? Head over to Westmoreland Berry Farm and pick your own berries. On our recent visit, blackberries were in season so we grabbed a bucket and headed to the vines. We had a fun time walking the rows and seeking out the ripe berries hidden high and low...

We love going here to pick berries. It takes us about 1.5 hours to get here but we love the drive and feel it's worth it! We have picked blueberries, black raspberries and blackberries this year in the 2 trips we have made. We also picked up some peaches on our last visit but they were pre-picked. The staff is...

Great way to spend a few hours with the family

Absolutely beautiful countryside and farm land. My daughter had a blast picking strawberries, and they were a bumper crop with numerous big and ripe berries to pick. We filled up a 5 quart container for $20 and managed to make smoothies and jam the next day, with a couple quarts left to spare.
There's a tractor ride available for going...

Pick your own vine fresh strawberries

The strawberries are reasonably priced at this pick your own place. We just went for the strawberries but there were families having picnics. Apparently at certain times of the year they have tractor rides and there is neat elevated walkway for the goats. The strawberries were fresh and sweet and there were plenty to pick.

Pick berries, wagon rides, goats, ice cream sundaes

A fun side outing from Colonial Beach or Westmoreland State Park. Beautiful riverside setting, hiking trail, small playground, feed the goats, pick your own berries or buy fruit, jelly and pies at the farm stand. I like to skip the wagon ride and just get a strawberry shortcake sundae while the kids play on the lawn.

a fantastic outing

A great place to bring kids/family, or for a unique date. Depending on the time of year you can pick strawberries, peaches, apples, berries, and more. We go for fall raspberries. They have a nice store where you can buy local honey, spreads, pies, and gifts. There is also a lunch counter with a simple menu of burgers, dogs, chicken,...
