If I could give 0 stars, I would. The staff here are friendly to your face, most days, but they only tell you what you want to hear (to shut you up). Have a maintenance problem? Sure! They'll get right on it- when they feel like it. Our A/C has been broken for three days now. Beware of great reviews - most likely from WestMar student staff or WestMar bribes (great way to get tickets to good events). My daughter rented at WestMar for one year...and that was enough! Get the renters insurance plus an additional policy with your homeowners, her room was broke into, vandalized and destroyed. We tried to break the lease bc of her safety and they wanted a payment of the full amount of the year lease. We couldn't pay the entire lease amount so they offered to move her into another room. That was a disaster, the roommates did not get along and she was miserable. We had to pay an additional fee to have her moved to another room that was safe and free of fighting.
