Went to Wendy's for lunch. Ordered 2 burgers nothing special. Had to wait 10 min for two. When I got them they were so cold I thought they came out the refrigerator. Awful service

Fries are terrible they pile a lot of salt on them every time salt comes out of the fryer. You do not have to do that Don't you thin that salt is already I the container if you are constantly...

The Gloucester north Wendy's was recently renovated. The dining area is totally different. It was torn down and rebuilt. But from the counter back, nothing was done. It's obvious. You look behind the counter and see the streaked stainless steel walls - you'd think the renovation would give them the incentive to make the back area clean and new looking...

I'm so fed up with this restaurant. You never get hot or even warm food from here. Its so bad the cheese doesn't even melt. At least every other time I've been there in the evening they are always out of baked potatoes. The service is poor. No one speaks to you directly, they act like robots programmed to speak...
