I have been a guest more than once and always found the staff friendly, the room clean, and the price fair. No ice except for ground floor.
Stopped here on our vacation since it was right off the Natchez Trace Parkway. It was a very nice hotel. Extremely clean, nice people, beautifully decorated, great hot breakfast. East to access and lots of parking. Liked it so well, we stopped again two weeks later on our trip back. We will use this hotel anytime we travel the Parkway.
Quick trip to Ridgeland to visit family. The room was nice, but their staff was not the greatest! Just not welcoming, nor did she bother to inform me of breakfast or anything else. Thursday night when we settled in I discovered we didn't have a TV remote and honestly I was too tired to worry about it. The next morning...
Pros: Price. Near Interstate and shopping. Had refrigerator and microwave. Size of room (conference table with chairs that we weren't expecting to have). Bathroom was clean. Very firm mattress (which I happen to appreciate)
Cons: Lady who checked us in gave us keys to a room that a woman was already staying in. If it weren't for her locking the...
The clerks were very nice and check in was very smooth. The room was very spacious and suitable for me and my spouse due to my health. If we ever visit this state we will definitely try to stay at this hotel again. They make you feel like a valued guest and are very accommodating here.
Hotel was clean and staff was awesome. We were treated very well, housekeepers kept our room clean and lots of clean towels. Will definitely stay again when out here. Wonderful stay. Cannot say enough nice things about staff and motel.
New beds were very comfortable. New carpet in hallways and rooms. I was too early for breakfast so I can't comment on that.
The facility had a dusty mildew smell, especially in the elevator. The comforters were old and faded, my comforter had a large bleached spot on it (12"x12" area at the foot of the bed. But I was very happy with the cleanliness of my room. For the price it was worth it (less than 70.00).
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
Room size was huge and had a very clean feel. Air conditioner not too noisy. quiet and private setting. Breakfast selection exceeded our expectations\n\nnothing
This hotel is actually pretty good for the price. I usually stay here if I'm in the area. Great price. Room is always clean. HDTV and free wifi. Friendly staff. No complaints.
The Hotel was ok, nothing special, the towels were dingy and the breakfast needs to choice from, the only fruit was apples in the refreigator, the hotel had a musty odor.
Staff was very professional and accomodating Met up with some friends that I hadnt seen in over 40 years Couldnt have asked for better service Would have like to have been able to stay a week TY
Good place to stay. Like their room and location. Recommended it.
The hotel was in a nice location and easy to get too!\n\nThe iron was broken and carpet was somewhat dirty...\n\nIt enjoyed my stay the beds was good and location very nice but the hotel a little dated and needs some to be touch up but a okay place to stay at...
Location was SUPER for us, near family and their work place so was real easy to connect/meet with them as schedules allowed! Access to area attractions was very convenient! Continental breakfast was very good.\n\nWe had one day that the elevator was out of order, but that was a minor inconvenience. Walking up and down to third floor was not problem, and gave us some exercise. Swimming pool...
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a large group and told them that we needed to leave at 5 am the next morning. Breakfast doesn't get served until 6am. When we got up the next morning they had made breakfast early just for us... Thank you..
It was quiet, clean, and the service was great.\n\nNo.\n\nIt was a great place to stay..very spacious..the accomodations were excellent.
The customer service was great very nice and friendly. Remembered my name through out the entire stay. Gave all soccer guest free goodies... will stay here again at our next trip to this area very convenient and quite.
Nice hotel, good location, felt safe, staff courteous
I booked this hotel because of the great value. Upon arriving and checking in, the staff was not readily available. I go to my room and found lipstick and hair on the linens. Really??? I requested another room. It was in better condition than the first room. I opted to stay because I was too tired to find somewhere else on last minute notice. Needless to say, I won't be staying here again.
Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff.\n\nNo.\n\nGood location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room.
Breakfast was nice. Easy to find & nice location.\n\nHad a hard time being comfortable in 27 degree weather... was up and down all night trying to swap from ac to heat... weird :(\n\nnewly updated but the prices are oversized and cheap. The edges stick out into the walkways and just not comfortable. Good sized rooms & nice location.
The room was large with a small kitchen and a living room area.\n\nThis hotel only has one queen size bed in each room which is not adequate. They said that another person could sleep in a pull-out sofa. The sofa was in such bad shape that it sagged in the middle so badly that one could hardly rise out of it.\n\nWith a room improvement of having a king size bed for two people and a new ...
coffee, microwave, refrig all included. bed and pillows comfortable. spacious room!
Really nice hotel and a great staff.\n\nA large dead bug in open view under the A C unit.\n\nOver all it is agreat hotel.
Nice comfy pillows, better-than-expected breakfast, great value for the money\n\nWOW....this was such a great deal!!!! This was such a nice Days Inn! Everything was immaculate. In fact, it was being mopped as we walked in. It had a nice breakfast that included eggs, sausage, and a waffle maker. The bed was comfy and made up in the modern way, with white linens and lots of comfy...
friendly staff\n\ncarpets worn with spots\n\nI was there for two days and my stay was pleasant ,as mention the staff was kind and attentive.would recommend it and would stay again
Cleanliness and size of room....\n\nIf you are late to breakfast you miss out on some of the offerings..\n\nRooms were cleaned in a timely manner and staff was very helpful.
Location\n\nRoom was smelly, carpets are old, door looked like ppl tried to break in before. Hotel lobby is the only decent looking area. Parking is limited. Worked nights sleeped during the day, had my sleeping machine to block off noices in hallways.\n\nRoom was smelly, carpets are old, door looked like ppl tried to break in before. Hotel lobby is the only decent looking area. Parking is...
The staff is friendly. I think I get what I paid for
We just were staying one night. Room was fine and met our expectations.
Dirty, smelly, basically should be one star. I left after an hour.
The staff were wonderful and always so helpful...\n\nThe toilet in our room kept backing up however they did come to fix it almost immediately after we called... Also we did find a rather large roach in our bathroom... If it weren't for those things I would have given a little better rating\n\nThe staff was wonderful and efficient to meet our needs however the hotel is older and in need of...
Staff were very friendly and helpful; specially the owner's daughter. Beds were made everyday. Room was clean. Towels changed daily. Not too far from shops and major mall. Very accessible from freeway. Breakfast was good one has to be quite early.\n\nCarpets were a bit frayed and looked old. The first room we were given had a musty smell from a moldy wall outlet. This was corrected...
The Staff. Destiny was great. Very helpful.\n\nThe hotel it self is a bit run down... Fraying carpet, that sort if thing. But very clean and very comfortable.
great room, with a sitting area, dining table for 6, clean, spacious.....I could not believe this was a days inn....very nice breakfast with a nice selection....only problem was the pool was not open, but the gal at the front counter made arrangements to use the one at the hotel across the way, a short walk
It was a lot nicer than I had expected. There were no bad odors and the room was clean and the bed linens were nice and clean. The breakfast was better than described in the ad. Everyone in my group was satisfied with their breakfast.\n\nThe only problem I had while there was the outlet in the bathroom was malfunctioning. My curling brush would not work unless the cord was in a specific...
the room\n\nno\n\ngreat place for the price, did not get the breakfast, so i have no opinion about it.
Didnt even stay there. See below\n\nWe didnt even stay at the hotel. The room had a terrible odor and the air conditioning didnt work. The lamp did not even have bulbs in it. The floor was not vacuumed. They would not give a refund or do anything to help us. Pool wasn't open either!\n\nDon't stay there!!! Really disappointed in Priceline
It was so much nicer than I expected. Don't usually go for 2 stars and I was nervous but it was really fine - clean and comfortable.
The room was far better than expected! Great value paid for what we received!
After being told that the room was a smoking room and had only one bed, I read the fine print on my itinerary and discovered that priceline rooms are smoking and one bed unless you request otherwise.\n\nWhen booking a room on priceline it asks how many are in your party - adults? children? when I typed in four I thought that would have been sufficient in saying that I would need more than one...
Nice rooms and amenemities\n\nNo\n\nQuailty stay at a more than fair price
The rooms were nice and I enjoyed its convenience to other areas.\n\nTHE STAFF WAS HORRIBLE! THERE WAS ONLY ONE NICE PERSON OUR ENTIRE STAY. A young African America LADY was helpful upon my check in. She was very nice and accommodating. I wish she would have been there my entire stay because everyone else was RUDE!!\n\nIF THE STAFF IS GOING TO CONTINUE TO BE RUDE THERE WILL BE FEWER PEOPLE...
Located close to our event and the breakfast was good.\n\nThe staff was rude and when I tried to call the hotel starting one month before the stay, to upgrade the room they refused and the manager would not call me back to work out the issue. the room was supose to be for two adults but only one bed.\n\nAvoid this hotel if possible, if you have to work with the hotel staff at all. they are...
The hotel is clean on the outside and inside. I have a few gripes. There weren't any pillowcases on the pillows when I checked in. Housekeeping had just got through cleaning the room; but I feel the room should've been cleaned way before my arrival. There was also something they sprayed on the bathroom floor that made it very slippery. I almost fell a couple of times. The continental breakfast...
It was very convenient to anywhere we needed to go to. Staff was great and rooms extremely nice and clean. Already rebooked for the 28th.
Price and quiet location.\n\nLobby and hallway temperature was warm, I'd say it was 80 plus.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The check in time says 2pm but I called ahead to see if I could check in a little early and they had no problem with allowing me to do so. Also, I'm a smoker and the room that was reserved for me was a nonsmoking room (which I didn't have a problem with); the front desk clerk noticed I was smoking before I entered the hotel and asked me if I wanted to...
Price and spacious rooms\n\nMildew on shower curtain but they promptly replaced it.
Little confusion on room: Thought it was all non-smoking? Once we got there requested nonsmoking and none available and we got smoking room. To staff credit went out of the way to apologize and was trying to get me a non smoking room. Staff also took time out to give directions to various places and very courteous...
This was a great weekend get away. I wish the breakfast was better, but it was shopping centers and restaurants very close by. I would love staying here if i down this way again
The hotel was okay just had an odor.Smelled like mildrew.
A little off the beaten path and don't trust your gps to find it
Stayed here two nights with a group of folks cycling the Natchez Trace Parkway. We had nine rooms and management bent over backwards for us. Room were very clean and they accomodated our ride by opening breakfast early and a few other things. Would definitely stay here again.
We were in town for one evening and the location was great for us.
This was a good, inexpensive hotel for an overnight stay while traveling. Easy access to/from I-55. Hotel offered a continental breakfast with a waffle maker and free newspaper. They also had free home-made cookies in the lobby, which was a good treat for the family after a long trip. No eating establishments nearby, so you will likely have to either drive or walk about 1/2 mile for food. I...
Good rooms, fridge and micro in suites. Nice desk staff. But maid service is nit that great. They complain when u sleep later than 11 and then don't clean your room all day until u ask. :(
I was in Ridgeland visiting friends. I usually stay at another chain motel and decided this time to try something different. What a pleasant surprise. The Days Inn was a great motel stay. Friendly personal, clean (and yes I did check for bedbugs!- Nothing found) well furnished room, great wake-up breakfast and very convenient to other services. I can't think of anything they could have done to...
The rooms were very nice and well-equipped. There was a coffee pot, a microwave and a refrigerator in each room. The hotel had a nice smell when we entered and was kept clean.
Had a hospital visit. Went to some nice resturants. Then left for a trip out of state. This was a stressful procedure and the hotel stay made it much better.
Staff very friendly. Bad odor in hallways.
This Days Inn and Suites is in a great location- close to gas, drug stores, banking, restaurants and a mile away from a great mall easy access to the expressway. The front desk let us have our room an hour early and had a gift bag of goodies waiting for us. The Lobby was clean and comfortable as was our roomWe would recommend that our friends and family stay there- great value at a great price.
Our room was very nice and a basket of goodies were waiting for us! We had one problem which was taken care of immediately. Will stay there the next time we visit our daughter.
Had a nice snack basket waiting for me in my room
The room was very large for the price. I was pleasantly surprised! It was clean, quiet, very friendly staff that was quick and helpful, and an excellent location just enough off the interstate to get out of the noise and traffic but close enough to get right back on and to my business meeting in minutes.
We had a great time I never got an ooey gooey cookie but I assume its because they were so good I wasnt fast enough! We had a great time! The room itself was very nice. Great tv!
the hotel was clean and quiet. Enjoyed the fresh baked cookies. It was also in a good location.Enjoyed our stay. The staff was also friendly.
The hotel location was great for what I was in Jackson, Ms for. The rooms were outdated and could have used a little more cleaning. The hotels overall appearance needed to be refreshed. The walls and doors were dirty. The continetal breakfast was very thin. They could have added a few more items. On the bright side I felt secure and it did not cost much.

Our room was neat and clean. But there was tile work being done in the lobby. It may have been because of that, but there was a strong Pine-sol smell as you walked in. Not very welcoming. Also the room nexted to us sounded like a party going on from about 10-2:00. The hotel is a few streets away off of the Interstate, but once we got the hang of it, it was quickly accessible. There are...
Following Hurricane Katrina and the fundraising that my children did here in our homestate of Pennsylvania... We made reservations at this days inn to stay while we delivered our fundraising supplies to Baton Rouge and Denham Springs, Louisiana.
While on our journey down to Louisiana I called to verify (again, my 3rd time .. the website said to keep checking status due to the hurricane and...
