Hands down Waypoint at Uptown gives the best customer service. Rose has been the most helpful and friendly manager of this community. We even have a new guy who's name I can't recall that is super friendly. They always make me feel welcome when I stop by the office to put in a service request or pay rent. I would stay here forever if I wasn't looking to by a home.

The manager Rose has been more than helpful in adjusting me to the new apartment. Everything was an easy process. There was great communication. The apartment is spacious. I like having up stairs and a down stairs part. The neighborhood is quiet. There is an elementary school around the corner. The best part is the price!

It was great never had people be so understanding and listen to what u have to say. Don't just get my information back and rush things, they let me see the apartment before moving so I could see what was what. Gave me a tour broke everything down.

The egg hunt at Waypoint at Uptown was amazing. My family and I enjoyed ourselves. That was very nice of the staff to put something together for the residents. I love calling Waypoint at Lynnhaven home.
Today they held a egg hunt and played with everyone in the community. I guess you can call it a tradition because this is the 3rd year they brought in spring by coloring the parking lots with chalk. I love this company and its staff. Thanks Waypoint for all that you do.

I like how it's located by private homes. It's gives a really nice home feel being that this is a town home community and not like the other apartments. I like how clean outside is and I like I have my own parking spot. All in all i can't complain.

I love my new home. The 2 bedroom town home is so spacious and a wonderful fit for my family. Move in was a breeze and I love the office staff especially the manager Rosa. I visited at night and daytime. Place is very quiet and short driving distance to many retail stores and restaurants. Property and grounds neatly kept, staff courteous with excellent same day service. Most polite and helpful staff I have ever experienced in all my 20 years of apartment living. The rental ladies are great and down to earth. The apartment is nice outside and cozy inside. Refrigerator is really small but not a big deal. Closet space is big and convenient. Love the big window in the living room. But needs alittle more light.

The location and management make it great for my family and I to live here. Any maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner. My family and I have lived here for 12 years now. Recently in December of 2015 the complex held a visit Santa, gave away toys to the children and I found out that the leftover toys went for the homeless children. I love living here, been here for 3 yrs. now. The neighborhood is nice. My kids enjoy the pool in the summer. the rental office staff is very friendly and pleasant, maintance is up to keep. They even gave away school supplies as well as presents to the kids. They even had a Santa and allowed all the kids time with Santa, I thought that was really nice.
The maintenance and staff are the best and the most friendly ever. I had a leak under my kicthen sink reported it and maintenance was there in a flash and fixed the problem quickly and after he was done I noticed a courtesy bottle of Dawn soap!
The townhouses are huge. It's awesome to have a full bath upstairs & a half bath downstairs. All the rooms are large and you never feel cramped. The neighborhood is safe & it's a very friendly community. Management is so helpful & quick to repair any issues. All in all a great place to live.

Waypoint at Uptown has been a pleasant place to live. The areas near my apartment building, as well as the building itself, are fairly quiet, the grounds are well maintained, and they are prompt about maintenance requests. I have found the staff at the rental office to be very courteous as well.
We moved here back in 2014 and we wish we wouldn't have. It was a random and last minute opportunity to move into my apartment and I have enjoyed it ever since! Very quite community and pet friendly! I feel safe when I let my dog out and everyone seems to be nice and friendly! Staff is the leasing office is great; very friendly and helpful!

The one bedrooms are very small. I thought it would be a good value but regret moving in here. Apartment is infested with roaches. Maintenance will take about 3 months to fix small issues. Building is not kept clean and neighbors are extremely loud and rude. Do yourself a favor and don't move here.
Overall good experience just experiencing some maintenance problems that are taking really long to resolve everythin is being fixed one thing at a time instead of all in one day and took a whole month for any thing to be fixed at all i like my home though
