Help us make it rightJust not what you would expect from a community. They show you the model which is completely different than the outdated apartment you actually move in to. The walls are paper thin and you can hear what people are watching and other noise; as well as people in the hallway.

Love this place! Staff and maintenance are pleasant. I only had 2 issues since moving here and they corrected the problem fast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and has a lot of room. The grounds are clean and very well maintained. They are quick to fix any problems you have in the apartment and you are made aware of what they have done. I am very happy with my choice in apts!!
I haven't been here long however it has been relaxing so far. I like the new landscaping I've seen so far the past few weeks. And the pool is looking good as well. Can't wait for this summer and enjoying the new grounds and hopefully a few grilling nights!

Generally it was a pleasant apartment. The price was acceptable, and the place was in a safe community while it was within 20 minutes to the place I am working. However, it would be better if there are more shopping areas around. Further, there are no common community activities so I did have chance to know my neighbors.

So far it has been a wonderful experience. The office staff has been very helpful and understanding and I have not had any problems with the neighbors. The selling point however had to be the dog park in which it is free and close by along with the new playground that I can use for bodyweight workout when there are no kids there

It's a decent apartment to live in, but the staff is horrible. My roommate and I have had nothing but attitude and even some back talk from them. Manager yelled at my dad which is very unprofessional and rude I think. The apartment itself has a lot of space and some stuff is outdated (but they are renovating). I did have roach and bed bug problems there as well.
Great apartment for a great price. I am completely satisfied with everything so far. Staff has been super helpful every step of the way. The neighbor is in a very convenient location and is well-maintained and quiet. I look forward to many years here!

Older buildings offer larger rooms, but still well maintained. Friendly office staff and great maintenance response when ever I've needed assistance. I feel my rent is reasonable compared to others in the area we shopped. Our manager and the staff are easy to talk to and helpful.

This community is more than what I had expected. I've never lived in a complex where their maintenance crew was so prompt on completing things that needed to be done! It's withing 10 min from major stores and places to eat. Extremely pet friendly! I would recommend anyone to move here!

the staff is very friendly and very helpful. I love that they allow pets that was a big factor when I was looking for an apartment. the appearance is very nice and the maintenance is very fast if there are any problems. my air stopped working on a Saturday and they came out within 30 mins and had it fixed.
This apartment complex is a great place to live. It is not only a safe place to live but has an amazing office staff and maintenance crew who genuinely care about their tenants. They have always addressed any issue i have had with little to no time in between requests and I can be a pain. Thank you for all that you do.
I have two issues with this complex.I don't like the fact that the parking lot is filled with cars from people who do not live here, I work nights and everytime I come home the parking lot is full. The renovated units are great with new washer and dryer installed! Great size apt for your money! Only downside is the hallways and stairwell. They could use regular sweeping and cleaning. Besides that we are very satisfied with our home!!

i have not had a bad experience here. every time i call or go to the front office everyone is really nice to me. the outside of the apartments are nice and they do have people come around cleaning; which is good because alot of poeople have dogs. overall i would recommend this apartment to others

When we first moved in not that many people lived in our unit. No the unit is basically full and the noses level is ridiculously loud with the new tenants and the noise from the traffic. The hallways were clean now it's dirty and smells like dogs.
My experience here so far is fine aside from the fact that I had a few unfinished jobs which should have been done before I moved in, the staff were very willing to get the matters fixed. I am still adjusting to the surroundings and I hope my entire time here will be goid one.

Very roomy apartments; large kitchens; plenty of storage; large dog park; great staff; close to JEF Little Creek; close to shopping. Haven't had a problem which wasn't tackled in a timely manner. Plan on staying here for a very, very long time.
Its been good so far,no major problems, apartments need updating, but its a quiet safe community and I like they have a dog park and are accomodating to animals, parking situation is good as well no complaints. Landscaping is also kept up well.

As long as I have lived here, I prefer Waypoint over Mansards (previously named) because of their reconstruction of the community and immediate attention to fix problems. Waypoint at Bayville is a great community..friendly staff, clean grounds and and prompt service. This location is close to the base, beach, and shopping. Very large dog park is awesome for your sog to get aome energy out. Newly instales playground is a great addition to this community.

The apartments are decent but older. The wiring is poorly done, particularly in the kitchen. My a/c frequently breaks down. The neighborhood kids play in the parking lot, pee outside and in the hallways. They also tear up the lawns. The neighbors are noisy.
The apartments are very high quality for the rent costs. The area is very safe and you are really in a prime spot for outdoor activites. Plus your close to town center and the highway. The dog park is okay but the dog owners dont pay attention to them. You have to be careful around them.

My experience has greatly improved over time since I first moved in. There were a few setbacks here and there, but the staff has been so good about handling all of my concerns.
