I went to this walmart today and even though I could not get my oil changed (Error on my part) The man in that section o...f walmart was very helpful. They were very busy but he made sure I understood what happened and even recommended me to a wonderful product to help clean my fuel injector. I give him 5 stars!!!

Staff is so rude!! The department manager, Kim, wouldn't look at us or greet us when we asked her a question just stared at us and walked towards the location. Pointed that they were out and when asked when they were expected to be in again said she didn't know try again next week and promptly walked off.

I ordered tires from their on-line web site. They were shipped out of Washington State on Monday and arrived in EC on Friday. When I stopped to check on the order they had me in and out in one hour as promised. This was a great transaction as easy as Tire Rack and the price was competitive.

I dislike Walmart in general if you can ever find anyone to help you the service is horrible but this Walmart is by far the worst. Employees are rude and treat customers as though they are a bother. I would rather pay more at Target and get better service.

Dont buy tires at walmart. They make you wait two hours to put them on. Them do not ballance them correctly. When you return they say that they are busy if you can wait two or three hours they will look at it. Bad coustermer servise. I even talked two two manangers.

I was happy to hear there was a new walmart going up bigger and better they say. Not to my several experience's . it's sad that a store like this can not keep up with the demand of a small city. The new walmart is great. BUT, everytime i buy fresh vegies and fruits they are half bad on the inside. The celery is all white on the inside and not crisp at all and the strawberries are all brown on the bottom. From now on, I think my vegies and fruits will be bought from food dawg...i mean food lion instead.
