Sucks, I'll be driving to Yorktown Walmart. They don't have what you need and the workers are no help, how you don't have cream of shrimp soup? I'll take the extra minute to go to Yorktown. More organized, clean. That Walmart is a mess.

Walmart (especially the one in Hampton), is literally the WORST store there is. Customer service is existent. There is no communication between managers and staff. Every now and then you'll find a rare gem who is actually willing to help out, but most of the time you can tell that the employees don't want to be bothered with you.

Longest lines, one cashier 25 people no calls for help. Associates walk past you without so much as a hello. If i truly had to give them a star it would be no star at all... this store is not about customer satisfaction at all.

I came in this store today and I have to say, this was my worst experience with an associate. A bakery associate. I ask how long would it take to get cupcakes because I knew it was a holiday weekend and I waited to the last minute. For the amount of employees that are actually in the store, I find that their customer service is severely lacking. I've walked by associates who do not greet you or ask if you need assistance. If everything you have is out on the floor, then why is it so difficult to find assistance in any given department? They tend to congregate and socialize instead of working. Attempting to get assistance...

This store is ridiculous....we got two inches of snow so the store manager decided he only wanted to let 5 people at a time in the store while making all other customers wait outside...we decided to shop across the street at target where customers were actually allowed in the store.

always shop early in the morning because the store is so busy. but the health and beauty department is exceptional. always has what i need. the young lady that works the 3rd shift is always so pleasant[judy is her name.] she needs to be complemented- a great reason to shop there. need more employees like her.

I don't even know how this place stays in business. This is the most poorly run Walmart I have ever seen. Whenever I go there it's usually very busy and crowded, there are hideously long lines due to only a few registers being open. The restrooms are always filthy. The cashiers and floor staff seem to try really hard to be as helpful as possible, but there simply aren't enough of them. I only go to this Wal-mart bc of location. I've seen better one's. Always crowded, lines are long., They have to lock up everything at this Wal-mart, i guess stealing is an issue here. Prices keep going up...and have the nerve to advertise ""roll-back"" prices. LOL. I""ve been going to Target lately. bc i'm in and out, much cleaner.

This store is the worst. Nasty employees and nothing on the shelves or you have to go around a mound of boxes to get to your items. The different departments are not pleasing to look at. The lines are always long and the dairy case is always broken. The center aisle that divides the grocery from general merchandise is too narrow.
