Harrison( manager) and Sheila( associated) are awesome! They are the model of customer focus. Timely in returning calls, empathic to their customers!!! What more could one ask for? Thanks guys for being the best !!!!

Worst insurance company in the world my father has epilepsy needs his meds but his p.o.s insurance don't cover anything!!! He's disabled (can't work) how's he supposed to pay for these meds to stay stable???? And then your company's not good enough to accept HIS neurologist !!! Yep the only 5 stars that was rated for this junk company was done by its worthless employees..

Use to think u guys were awesome. You cover over the counter meds with a prescription. One of my twins has short gut syndrome. So he needs poop meds at least 4 times a day. If he doesn't have this then he will be back in the hospital. Well post man accidentally put my mail in a different mail box so it got sent back. And because of this u cancelled his insurance. I'm on medicaid for a reason. I...
