The nurse just told me that my lil dog bitz is out of surgery and awake and did great . Dr weakland better be happy im at home right now and not there . Cause i would kiss him !!!! Thank u to all of u that take such good care of our babies :)

I love village vet! You can tell that they aren't there just for a paycheck, they genuinely care about the animals. That's so hard to find these days. I can't say enough good things about them. :)

Wonderful vet! My dog got attacked by her sister and battlefield ( my vet) refused to see her. I had to call over 15 vets until I found village still open. By the time I got there they were closed but were still so kind to see me and treat my dog. I really appreciate everyone who works here.

LOVE Village Veterinary Hospital! Dr. Weakland and staff are awesome. They are very attentive to Jax and Sookie every time we have to come in. Dr. Weakland calls to check up on them even if they were just getting there shots. I have recommended this veterinary hospital to all my family and friends.

My 12 year old cat Dixie was very ill. I was stressed about her health and I wasn't financially prepared for a large veterinarian bill. Dr Scot said let's get Dixie better first. His staff was wonderful and if I could give his office more than 5 stars I would. My best friend Dixie is home tonight and on her way to recovery thanks to their great care

We had and emergency with our pit bull with a piece of a stick stuck in his mouth, Dr. Weakland and his staff didn't hesitate to have us bring him in, we will now be taking our fur babies there from now on. Thank u all so much for all your help and we will see you again.

Kindness and compassion abound. We have transitioned our very sick kitty to Village Veterinary Hospital and they are working around the clock to help get him well. From the staff to the doctor, everyone is fantastic. We HIGHLY recommend them.

We are so thankful that Village Vet is in New Kent. We have six furry family members, all of whom are former "rescue" pets, and none of them are very happy at the vet's office. Dr. Weakland and his staff are so gentle and loving with them all. They provide the best care but are sensitive to our budget, so they always carefully explain what they recommend as far as blood tests, etc., and tell us...

It's hard to find a vet AND staff that treat you well. After trying another after moving here a year and a half ago, we tried Dr. Weakland and have never regretted it. They do genuinely care about the animals and speak to you in easy to understand terms, although after 40 years of pet ownership, I am pretty adept at speaking 'vet'. Our first visit was to take our daughters dog in due to a leg issue. Made you feel at home and welcomed. Very easy going and loving with the dog. Did not order unneccessary tests or xrays. This has to be the best vet I have ever taken my dog Ewok to, not only do they treat you like your family. But they arnt money hungry like other vets. They care about your animals more than anything and will do everything within their reach to help you. The CARE!
