Awful customer service. I waited over an hour to see an associate. Verizon is only the biggest cell service because of their network. The associates don't know anything about phones. I know Verizon stores, or any phone store for that matter, always leaves you in a bad mood but this visit was very different. Service is pretty bad here!

For having the best "service" in regards to cell service, the customer service here could use some improvement. The folks here are inattentive and almost robotic when it comes to serving customers. They have little to no personality and can at times come across as rude. You must be patient while in here because they are in no rush to help your needs. BOO!

I hated dealing with local Sprint stores before finding this store. They even have a full service repair center and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to have my phone looked at. This store is great and can handle all of your purchase and repair needs!
