These guys are awesome! You come in and you feel welcomed by the vapers lounging and all. They look at your mods, suggest you great juice, they have affordable and great quality products and they're really great!

I love Vape Nova!! Best vape shop in the DMV, hands down.
These guys are the bee's knees. They know what they're talking about, and there's NO EGOMANIACS there, which I love. They found a repeat customer with me, and I found a new home shop. Really enjoy coming in there and just being able to sit (or stand) and chill.

First time visitor: Enjoyed vape nova, will definitely be going back. They have a great juice selection and very reasonable prices. Staff isn't rude/snobby... a problem with so many vape shops. Didn't need any hardware, but it looks like they have everything I'd ever need.
Went in last Saturday, and bought an MVP3.0 and Kanger Sub mini for my wife. I didn't get the guys name who was working, but that guy needs like 10 raises. Awesome dude, with great knowledge. These guy rock. Rarely do I get an "I don't know" to my questions here, which is really nice compared to some other shops. And they're always on top of things.
Nice little shop and the employees that I have dealt with have been awesome. I'm a huge fan of them offering a military discount.

I repsect the people behind the counter at vape nova. It is my local vape shop and impressed with the service provided by the staff. They have tought me some tricks and helped out my friends with questions and of course a more than fair sale of the products they provide. I support them and hope to see anyone who vapes goes to this store for their continued exsistance in NOVA.

I wanted to thank Patrick for his patience and for sharing his knowledge of vaping with me. I went into the store a bit nervous because this was all new to me. Patrick took the time to explain things and answer all my questions. After about five minutes I felt very much at ease and also felt equipped with what I needed to know. Heather and Pat are more than welcoming. When you walk in their the environment is just what you are looking for. They are patient, kind, and know their stuff! Never been in the store but I will give you all the credit in the world. I have a friend that was there Saturday and he really don't know much at all about vaping. The lady behind the counter was very up and up. Could have sold him what he didn't need but instead done him right with the Aspire Nautilus and the Innokin MVP 2.0. Good people recommend this shop...

Great guys and gal. Bought a ivp2 and mutation x and love the set up, came back few days later and bought a Skelton key. Seems I am gonna be spending some money here.

Dope local shop! Stopped by today to get a ohm reader which they had the newest version of for and a duel charger for a fantastic price. Best shop in Alexandria!!!
I absolutely loved the option to try the juices before I bought them! So no more bad choices made over Internet ordering. ..and the prices are much lower then I expected...customer service was awesome. ..and its just up the street from my house! I'm super excited and will be a returning customer.
Just stopped by there today and the staff was very helpful. I had a problem with a vape pen I bought at another location and they had replacement parts for it and very knowledgeable for the questions I had. Also the tasting option is great since the names may not tell you what the flavors are it is a great way to find out before you buy.
