Value City contacted me via email. They said they were sorry Uniters (warrantee folks) were not helpful. VCF sent out a guy from the Chesapeake store. He did a more thorough exam of the couch and said his guys would pick it up for repairs. Just got it back today and the repairs were great. Just missing one piece which was just an oversight (I think). I still am giving VCF two thumbs up.

Best experience here. Drew helped us and was not pushy at all. He let us know the lay of the store and came around at the perfect time when we had questions. He didn't treat us differently just because we were a younger couple. Although we didn't buy anything today we will definitely be back within the next week or two to make our purchase with him.
The service at this location is fine, I honestly hadn't had a problem with it until my couch broke. There is something wrong in the couch where it popped and it continues when someone sits on it. Worst place ever do not get anything from them they will screw you over. Had so many problems with it finally got them to come and get it back. They could have had a sale and made money but they made so many mistakes then wanted us to take care of it. Have not left a bad review in over 5 years but this one I had to leave because they suck!

AVOID THIS STORE!! Warranties they sell are a scam. A company names Uniters is who handles them and does everything in their power not to honor them. I had a leather couch that was a few years old and was babies the whole time with care and cleaning. When the leather material started to tear away from the under layer they would not cover it or honor their warranty. Look up Uniters for complaint...
