Absolutely horrible customer service and communication! Spent almost a month waiting for all the correct pieces for our kids bunk beds, they didn't even deliver or install the final pieces (I had to do it), so now on the night before my husband leaves for deployment we will spend it assembling it instead of enjoying each other. Where do you hire your personnel that deliver and install? We paid thousands of dollars for a bedroom set and an extra 200 for delivery and installation. The installation was piss poor. Multiple pieces of hardware weren't used and the slats were installed in horrendous angles.
