I've been taking my pets to them for years. I found them when my previous vet turned me away 15 minutes before closing even though my dog had just injured her back. I called Valley Ranch Pet Clinic and they told me to bring her right in, even though they had never seen her before. We have been loyal clients ever since. I moved fairly far away recently, but will still take my dog to the clinic....

I have had pets all my life and lived in many different states. This clinic is the best! I am a nurse and really appreciate the honesty and straight talk from the vets. As soon as I enter the clinic my dog and I become part of the family - we are greeted warmly and I genuinely feel the staff are glad to see us. It's not just a paycheck for them!

I recently had to put my cat to rest after 16 years. This is one of the most difficult things I've have ever had to do. I had never been to Valley Ranch Pet Clinic but it was right near my apartment and I didn't want to travel too far with my cat, whom I felt was suffering. This clinic is the best one that I have been to in ages. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are there to give my dogs the best experience. I noticed that the Kennel Staff were very attentive to my pets needs and enjoyed taking care of them. This clinic doesn't just shove your pet in a cage and leave it there till they are picked up; they play with the animals on a daily basis. This clinic is a must go when your pet is in need or you need someone to watch your pets.

On Friday 4/11/08 Emma (2 mo puppy) was vomi ting and had dia rrhea. Dr. Rouchon ruled out Parvo without even testing. Ordered an X-ray and a fecal. We questioned the possibility of Parvo, and he stated that she did not have the symptoms of it!!! He injected her with a muscle relaxant, and stated she would be fine. Sunday, we rushed her to an Emergency clinic... when giving the history, and telling them what Dr. Rouchon had diagnosed, they were surprised that a Parvo test was not ordered with the initial tests - as the symptoms of Parvo are VOM ITING and DIAR RHEA. This is the original Hunan Dynasty that moved from Airport Frwy. They are the best in town. Very friendly. Great food. The only Hot n Sour soup I will eat on the planet. The old location has no affiliation and is no where near the quality of the Original Hunan Dynasty.
This restraunt has excellent service, but exceptionally poor food quality. I visited at lunch time (about 1PM) on a weekday, and the food quality was really bad. Not a recommended place for lunch.
The staff is wonderful. They make you feel very welcome and take great care of your pets.
If you care about your pet, take them to this clinic. They are professional, courteous, caring and affordable. My dog is usually aggressive with strangers, albiet vets, was treated extyremely well, and did not show any sighns of aggression. They took the extra time to be gentle and calm, and the all the staff was super friendly. They gave my son a cute hat, which he loves, and the whole experience was the best our family had ever experienced. I would recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone with pets.

I've been taking both my cats to this Vet for years. Rocky's been going for 8 years and Frog's been going for 5 years. They've taken great care of them both, even though they're mean cats. Their entire staff is friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Tina Capps is the best vet I have ever been to, and I had my cat for 18 years. She never tries to sell you on tests or procedures you don't need (can't say the same about other doc), tells it like it is, and is very kind and gentle with the pets even when they ""misbehave."" Staff is caring and compassionate. Sent a card when I finally had to give in to my cat's illness and let her go. Bless them, it was no charge to euthanize her. They followed up with a card and donation to a veterinary college.
