Pro-Lawn showed up as promised on a Saturday, which is good. The technician diagnosed the problem, but didn't have the right part on hand. He promised a fix by the following Wednesday. After Wednesday came and went (calls unanswered), I called again Thursday only to be told that "we've gotten busy with other work and can't get to you for a while."
