My mom has been seeing Dr.Rawls for years now and I don't believe he's vigilant enough AT ALL given her history. She gets kidney stones repeatedly and due to her MS she's not aware of them until she becomes septic from blockages. I think Dr. Rawls is a fine physician; however, I do agree the waiting time was certainly far longer than it needs to be, and that seems to be the norm in this office, which really is unacceptable.
Wait time for appointments has been almost an hour. He performed a biopsy and set appointment for 14 days later (results arrived in 2-3 days) and subsequently cancelled it and reset for fully 1 month after results. He has not returned any of 5 messages left on my chart. Nor has his staff. He may be personally out of action, but so is his staff. Once I get my biopsy results, if I ever do,...
