Honestly, save yourself the headache. This company is awful and they will promise you the world, but fail to deliver. We specifically called in advance to confirm that they could produce a rush job for an event. We received a call back at 2:19PM the day of the event (2.5 hours before we were scheduled to pick the trophies up) only to hear that they were not able to make the items and that they...

Very disappointed. Regular customer and my regular order now has a font up charge fee after the job was done wrong. I feel now that I am literally paying for this mistake. Three 1" x 3" plagues are $43. Thanks but I'll go somewhere else in the future.
