I have made this my NEW hair salon, it's very clean, they do everything. And the MOST convenient thing is they are neighbors with a hair supply store. I DEF will be back for a wash & tighten. Lovin my sew in!

Don't waste your time! They double book! The first time, I found the place by chance going to a nearby restaurant. My experience at True Weave Spa was AWESOME. The young ladies are truely master weavers . I was only there for 2 and half hours and my hair looks great and very natural. I'm glad to have found a hair home...lol

I was pleased with the work that Tracy put into my weave. But I was not satisfied with the hair I chose, but his was not her fault at all. My overall experience at the salon was good.

I love the atmosphere in the spa. They were very kind and accomodating. She took her time and worked on my hair making it look beautiful. I was very pleased with the end result. After leaving the salon I looked at my persona and was very displeased with my profile, which niche a hoodlum stigma towards, African American Salon professionals. The service meets the demand in the community, but hurt the people you sending out looking like a hand pecked duck.

It was a great experience, the stylist did an excellent job with my sew in, she made it look like my natural hair and that's how I wanted it. It didn't take very long for her to finish either. I will definitely be back and will refer some of my friends and family.
This was my first time at True weave and I'm new to the area and Traci did my sew in and style and I loved it made me look and feel like a princess and I will continue to give true weave business because it was a good experience with my service

Besides the young braiding my hair too tight, overall I am satisfied with the service. I would come back to get my hair done again if she doesn't braid my hair tight. I haven't slept in two days and wasn't able to fully enjoy my birthday due to my head pain. But I was satisfied with the hairdo.
My lashes came off within 2 hours and I was not satisfied with the work and the lady even forgot I was sitting there waiting.
I'll keep it short and simple. First time I went it was an amazing experience. The braids were sturdy and the weave laid beautifully. The price was good and the service was good. Second time was terrible. My braids were loose and ended up coming out a few days after the installment. I went back for repairs which they charged me for and my hair still fell out. I got a week's wear out of a 300$...

From the hair I brought from true weave spa to the service i received from the staff it was all an rewarding experience. Stylist Tracee is awesome and this is the first weave I've ever had in my head that doesn't shed...I love it.
This is my 4th time going to true weave a young lady named kiera hopefully I got it right did my hair I was very pleased but this time I however tried someone else the braids was super tight tried to go back to get them taken out two days in a row they were booked...i was really disappointed this time

My 9 yo and 12 yo daughters had their hair braided in cornrows by Melissa and they love it! I have previously had a full sew in by Shanetta and it was the best sew in I have ever had! I had it in for 6 weeks and it was still tight after swimming and working out! The prices are very reasonable! They have excellent customer service the woman that did my hair was excellent she made conversation with me the entire time, and had my hair looking amazing when I left. Definitely going back and even recommended to friends.

The service was outstanding. I got a full head sew in with none of my hair out. The braider is da bomb. The manager provided training to the stylist and stuck around to ensure that my weave was closed it up so well that their are no humps or tracks showing. The staff was very professional. I had a great experience and I would defiantly refer a friend.

I think they had a good business idea when they decided to accept walk-ins with such a large staff. But it also depends on who is controlling the flow of customers. I've seen people come in and get taken care of right away while others are told that there is a wait which turns into a 3+ hour wait.
Then being that there is such a large staff you can pretty much hand pick who you prefer to do...
