This location could use a cleaning. I'm referring to the staff. It is always difficult to find employees here. The ones you find tend to have a lackadaisical attitude towards customer service....

Everyone else has nailed it right on the head. No customer service whatsoever. The only lane open was the customer service desk. The only 3 employees I ever saw in the entire store were all standing behind that desk just chatting as a line formed. It's also all but impossible to get in the parking lot. As others have said, if you must use toys r us, use a different one

If I could I would've given 1/2 stars. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place ever. Customer service is horrible!!! If you can, drive to Virginia beach or Chesapeake....or even northern Virginia....do it!

This store is one reason I don't like going to Toy's R Us. Even though its organization is ok, it tends to be dirty and the items listed online are never there. Staff can be helpful but it depends on the day. Not impressed. Would rather go to Lynnhaven even though it's far.
